Implementation of Rule-206 on SDEs seniority as per the Hon’ble Supreme court Judgment:-

As per the discussions and decision of CWC meeting of AIRBSNLEWA CHQ ND held at New Delhi on 6th and 7th August-2022 Comrade GS along with our CHQ legal advisor Comrade A K Kaushik met Advocate Ms Gauri Puri and discussed the matter in detail, she opined that now on the basis of MTNL case outcome from Hon’ble Supreme court the matter can further be reviewed. As the earlier contempt petition filed by some aggrieved members in the Hon’ble Supreme court against the wrong implementation of its Judgement delivered on 14-12-2017 was dismissed. However, on this issue we met Advocate Rani Chabra who earlier filed an application in the year -2019 for clarification of the Judgment delivered on14-12-2017 on behalf of AIBSNLEA when Comrade Prahlad Rai was the General Secretary. We requested her for mentioning the case for an early hearing. Advocate Ms Rani Chabra clarified that Presently from AIBSNLEA no body is pursuing the case and not ready to pay Advocate fee and court charges. We further requested that the case can be retaken up and the Advocate fee and court Charges will be paid by us. Now if we agree to this decision then AIRBSNLEWA CHQ has to collect separate funds in separate account. The legal fund Rs.1000/- minimum from each affected and willing member has to be collected so that Association can legally fight the case.
